Annual UW-P math contest results released

PLATTEVILLE — The University of Wisconsin-Platteville hosted the 46th annual High School Mathematics Contest on Nov. 7. A record number of 71 teams — from high schools in Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois – participated. 

The teams were broken into four divisions, based on high school enrollment numbers. The high schools with top-ranking teams in each division were: Division 1, Iowa City West High School in Iowa City, Iowa; Division 2, Baraboo High School in Baraboo, Wisconsin; Division 3, New Glarus High School in New Glarus, Wisconsin; and Division 4, Juda High School, in Juda, Wisconsin.
