Richard and Kip Carroll, formerly of Monroe now residing in Onalaska, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They celebrated Christmas and their anniversary with a family lunch in Winona, Minn.

They were married on Dec. 26, 1959 in Lancaster.

The Carrolls have four children, Terry (Tina) of Mequon, Mary (Tim) Leahy of Winona, Minn., Ted (Jamie) of Wauconda, Ill., and Dennis (Lorie) of Brooklyn Park, Minn., along with 10 grandchildren.
