A blossom: The Monroe Noon Optimist would like to thank all those that came to the Santa Reception after the Monroe Main Street holiday lighted parade. The lobby at Wisconsin Bank & Trust in Monroe was filled with lots of holiday joy. We thank all those who played a part in making this event happen.
