WHITEWATER — Brayden Zettle from Monroe, who is studying finance, has been recognized as a Chancellor’s Scholar-Athlete for Men’s Cross Country/Track and Field at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
In partnership with the athletic department, Chancellor Corey King recognized 51 Warhawks for the honor this year.
To be recognized as Scholar-Athletes, students must have maintained a 3.25 cumulative grade point average or above through the end of the 2022 fall semester. Honorees must have participated in a varsity sport for two years, must be of senior academic status and must have accumulated at least 90 degree credits.
Each Chancellor’s Scholar-Athlete was recognized during a banquet at the James R. Connor University Center by Director of Athletics Ryan Callahan and Chancellor King and was given a commemorative gift.
