Anya Brenkman recorded a hat trick — her ninth of the season. With each goal, she adds on to the program record for goals scored in a single season, which is up to 43.

Bella Brenkman scored five points with two goals and one assist. Jenna Gentilli assisted two goals.

MONROE — Despite a narrow 3-2 victory over the Trojans April May 2, the Cheesemakers came up short in the first round of the Rock Valley Conference Tournament May 20.

East Troy scored its first goal in the seventh minute off of a free kick near the box after a foul, and the second goal came late in the second half on a penalty kick.

With the loss, Monroe hosted Jefferson in the second round of the tournament May 23.

Monroe opens the WIAA Division 3 playoffs with a game against Mount Horeb on May 30. In a game May 16, the Vikings defeated the Cheesemakers 5-0.
