The Monroe soccer program participated in Hunger Action Month for the second year in a row by collecting food donations around town. The month of September aims to raise awareness of food insecurity and to inspire the community to volunteer their food, or time, to halt hunger. The Cheesemakers received nearly 1,000 items of food that they donated to the Green County Food Pantry.
