MONROE —  The Capitol and Rock Valley Conferences recently released their all-conference selections for boys golf.

Senior Josh Potter from Monticello-Belleville earned first-team all-conference in the Capitol. He was an individual qualifier to the WIAA Division 2 state tournament, where he carded a 118. 

Monticello-Belleville finished third in conference behind winners Cambridge and runners-up Lodi. 

Junior Lance Brecklin from New Glarus earned second-team all-conference, finishing fifth overall at the league meet on May 14. 

New Glarus finished second in the league meet but fourth overall in season standings.

ROCK VALLEY-ROCK

Senior Nolan Oliver of Brodhead earned second-team all-conference in the Rock Valley Rock division. In the league meet, he finished seventh overall with  a 79.

Brodhead finished seventh of 11 teams in the league meet and fifth of six teams in the season division standings.
