Local Archery: Marshall Bluff sets sights on anniversary event

MONTICELLO - Marshall Bluff Bowhunters will host two 3-D shoots in honor of its 51st Anniversary. The first one will be July 26-27 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. both days; the second one will be on August 16-17. These are 28 three-dimensional animal targets set at unknown (hunter-friendly) distances and one "bonus" target - the "Iron Buck." You do not have to be a tournament archer to enjoy this event; all archers are welcome to participate. It is a good warm-up for the up-coming deer archery season. Food & refreshments will be available all day.

Marshall Bluff Bowhunters Club is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Green County at N7326 Marshall Bluff Road. (East of Monticello on County Rd C, left on Marshall Bluff Rd just 2 miles.)
