Glarner Knights triple up Iowa-Grant

LIVINGSTON - The New Glarus-Monticello football team was on the run Friday in Livingston.

The Glarner Nights scored all three of their touchdowns on runs, the biggest being an 86-yard kick return by Tory Boley in the third quarter which gave the visitors the final score of a 21-7 victory.

New Glarus-Monticello got on the board first when Parker Havens ran the ball in from 1 yard out in the first quarter.

The Panthers didn't respond until the second, on a 25-yard pass from Jared Spitzer to Sam Livingston.

The Glarner Nights answered in the second quarter when Matt Felt reached the end zone from 5 yards out to make it 14-7.

New Glarus-Monticello hosts Beloit Turner at 7 p.m. Friday.
