Kathleen Powers Lambert, age 77, of Monroe, Wisconsin, passed away on May 5, 2026, at the SSM Monroe Hospice Home. Kathleen was born on July 2, 1948, in Harvard, Illinois, to Daniel and Lillian (Winkleman) Powers.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Tara Garry (Kevin), Kerrie Lambert, and Mike Lambert (Katy). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Aidan Lambert (Temi), Kira Lambert, Anna Garry, Breanna Lambert, Lilly Lambert, Jack Garry, James Lambert, and Grace Garry — affectionately known by Kathleen as “The Great Eight.” She loved her grandchildren fiercely throughout their childhoods, filling their lives with home-cooked meals, sleepovers, and adventures that occasionally led to a little trouble and a lot of memories. They were her favorite partners in crime.

She is also survived by her siblings, Cindy Powers, Dan Powers Sr. (Deb), and Mike Powers (Maureen); her nieces and nephews, Dan Powers Jr. (Sara), Samantha Powers, Kathryn Trotter (Robert), and Michael Powers (Abby). She will also be missed by Kenny Schmitz, as well as her former sister-in-law, Jane Sarbaugh, both of whom remained very special parts of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Lillian Powers, and by her son, Daniel Lambert.

Kathleen will be remembered for her sharp wit, distinctive sense of humor, and unmistakable laugh. \Kathleen’s family would like to thank the remarkable nursing staff at the Monroe Hospice Home.
