MONROE - The city's park and rec department is looking for volunteers for the July 4 Celebration at Twining Park.

Volunteers are needed for set up, concessions and pizza stand, carnival games, horse wagon rides, umpires and scorekeepers. Times vary on activities.

All volunteers receive a free 4th of July T-shirt.
