MONROE - Tickets are available for the Monroe Arts Center's 19th Showcase of Talent. The event will take place at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 13 and 14 at the Monroe High School Performing Arts Center, 1600 26th St. The annual event showcases a wealth of talented individuals and groups during an evening of lively family entertainment.
