ROCK TOWNSHIP — A 61-year-old Rock County man was arrested last week on multiple drug charges.

At approximately 8:50 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2024, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant in the 800 block of West Baxterwood Lane, Rock Township. The search warrant was the result of a narcotics investigation conducted by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU). The search warrant was executed with the assistance of the Beloit Police Department and the Town of Beloit Fire Department.

As a result of the investigation, Kenneth R. Aube, 61, was arrested for:

●  1 Count — Possession with intent to Deliver Schedule 2 Narcotic

●  3 Counts — Possession of a Controlled Substance

●  1 Count — Possession of a Short-Barreled Shotgun

●  2 Counts — Possession of a Prescription without a Prescription

●  1 Count — Prohibited Acts B — Maintain Residence for Drug Trafficking

His initial appearance was on Dec. 6. He posted a $500 signature bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 8, 2025.
