MONROE - There will be no garbage or recycling collection in the city of Monroe on Thursday due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
Homes with Thursday collection will have garbage collected on Friday. Carts should be to the curb by 7 a.m.
Homes with Friday collection will be collected on Saturday. Carts should be to the curb by 6 a.m.
