Local "Cheese Days gurus" are featured in the episode. Fink discusses the process of making deep fried cheese curds with Fran Donny of the Monroe Optimist Club, as well as grilled cheese sandwiches with Glenda Buholzer of the National Historic Cheesemaking Center. Former volunteers Archie Myers and Martha Bernet offer a peak into the past, and current board members Ed Pas and Virgil Leopold share a behind-the-scenes view of the volunteer effort put forth to host the event.

The show will reach "Discover Wisconsin"'s broadcast network of 480,000 viewers across the upper Great Lakes region, including Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa and Upper Michigan.
