Man charged after domestic dispute

MONROE - A woman went to the hospital with non-life-threatening facial injuries following a domestic dispute Thursday, Jan. 23. Monroe police took a report from the victim at the Monroe Clinic Emergency Room where she told the officers her boyfriend allegedly hurt her at a residence. Christopher L. Sibley, 27, Monroe, was arrested in the 2400 block of 4th Street for disorderly conduct, battery, criminal damage to property, strangulation and intimidating a victim under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse Law.
