Lynda L. Caudell, age 78, of Monroe passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at SSM Health Monroe Hospital. She was born the daughter of Hubert and Hazel (Grunitz) Riggings on December 9, 1945 in Sheboygan. She attended Bloomington High School. Lynda married Garen Waddell, together they had two sons. She was later united in marriage to Howard Caudell.

Lynda was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor’s Catholic Church for many years. She worked in healthcare, caring for the elderly in their homes.

Lynda is survived by her sons, Bryan (Georgia) Waddell of Monroe and Scott G. Waddell of Rockford; brother, Chris Riggings; and niece, Katie Joda Perry.

A Celebration of Lynda’s Life will be held at a later date. Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
