Jr. Optimists collecting Halloween costumes

MONROE - The Monroe Junior Optimists are collecting unneeded dress-up clothes or costumes to be distributed free to anyone who needs a costume for Halloween.

Donations may be dropped off during business hours at Boomerang Bakery, 1117 16th Ave., Monroe, or given to any Junior Optimist member until Oct. 18.

Anyone needing a costume may pick one up from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 or from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18 at the bakery.

The Halloween costume drive is the Junior Optimists' October service project.
