MONROE - The Foreign Type Cheesemaker Association in Monroe is accepting entries to the Green County Fair cheese competition. The entry forms must be in the fair office by 4 p.m. on July 6. Any licensed cheesemaker or cheese factory operator may enter the contest; there is no requirement that one be from Green County. There may be multiple entries by the same cheesemaker per class as long as each is a different type of cheese. All entries not placed in the correct class will be moved appropriately by the judges.

All fees should be made payable to the Green County Fair Association. The total fee is $20 per cheesemaker regardless of the number of entries.
