MONROE - A Freeport man pleaded guilty Thursday to sexually assaulting a woman in Monroe two years ago. Equez Collins, 22, was charged with a Class G felony count of third-degree sexual assault after a woman reported having been sexually assaulted in Collins' vehicle. The victim claimed Collins offered her a ride home from a Monroe bar on March 1, 2014.
