Freeport man injured in motorcycle accident

MONROE - A Freeport motorcyclist was flown by Med Flight to University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison on Tuesday afternoon after he was ejected from his bike in the Town of Brooklyn.

Green County Sheriff's deputies responded at 3:56 p.m. to the crash of Kenneth E. De Boer Jr., 48, who lost control of his motorcycle when he entered the road's shoulder in the N7700 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Brooklyn.

De Boer entered a ditch, flinging him from his vehicle.

De Boer, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to UW Hospital for his injuries. The hospital had no update on De Boer's condition Wednesday.

The motorcycle was severely damaged and was towed from the scene.
