Underage driver, passengers arrested after crashing car

BROWNTOWN - An underage driver and three underage passengers were arrested after deputies investigated a one-vehicle crash without injuries in rural Browntown early Saturday, June 8.

Lucas Robert Stoehr, 20, Argyle, was cited for absolute sobriety (driving as an underager after consuming alcohol), inattentive driving and possessing drug paraphernalia and 25 grams or less of marijuana, according to the Green County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies responded to the crash in the N2500 block of Cadiz Springs Road at 3:25 a.m. Investigation revealed Stoehr was southbound when he missed the intersection at Pine Tree Road and veered into a wooded area.

Stoehr's passengers were also cited.

Alexander W. Charlton, 19, Madison, was cited for obstructing police and a second offense of underage drinking.

Andrew Oliver Meyer, 17, Oregon, was cited for obstructing police and a second offense of underage drinking.

Dorsey John Pierce, 18, Stoughton, was cited for a first offense of underage drinking.

All three passengers were also each cited for possessing drug paraphernalia and 25 grams or less of marijuana.

The accident caused moderate front side and undercarriage damage to the vehicle. It was towed.
