MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West 10 1/2 Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Emily M. Colden, 18, Monroe, hit a vehicle driven by Robert J. Dittmer, 43, Juda. Colden was cited for unsafe passing on the right and was released pending court. The vehicles received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:45 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Fourth Avenue West. Police report a vehicle driven by Roalee M. Thoreson, 61, South Wayne, hit a vehicle driven by Donna J. Huth-Machlin, 52, Cuba City. Thoreson was cited for passing a vehicle indicating a left turn. The vehicles received moderate damage.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11:45 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 69 near Melvin Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jay R. Johnson, 18, Orangeville, failed to negotiate a curve due to ice on the road and went into the opposite lane of traffic. Johnson's vehicle hit another vehicle, which then fled the scene and was not identified. Johnson's vehicle received moderate damage.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1 a.m. Friday on County M north of Smock Valley Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jamie M. Plath, 36, Browntown, left the road and went into a ditch due to ice on the road.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:30 a.m. Friday on Wis. 92 near Hill Crest Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Anita L. Bechen, 54, Belleville, left the road and went into a ditch. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.
