GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - Two drivers were cited at 8:22 a.m. Monday regarding an unreported crash that had occurred Sunday in the W600 block of Decatur Road, Town of Decatur. Jordan E. Rowley, 20, Footville, had lost control of her vehicle and struck the guardrails of a bridge. Rowley, uninjured, left the scene in the vehicle of Paige Connolly, 20, Brodhead. The duo returned to the crashed vehicle and removed its plates and obscured its identification number. Rowley initially reported the vehicle stolen but eventually admitted to the crash. Rowley was cited for failure to notify police of an accident and failure to maintain control of her vehicle. Connolly was cited for knowingly assisting a person fleeing an accident. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
