MONROE - Harland A. Fuchs, 76, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way after police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of 8th Street at 5:53 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13. Fuchs collided with a vehicle driven by a 57-year-old Monroe man.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Nov. 13:
• Jacqueline A. Young, 31, Dodgeville, was cited for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 9:26 a.m. on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.
• A theft was reported at 2:51 p.m. on Dry Bone Road in Seymour Township. A tractor had its battery removed.
• Lisa A. Ubersox, 36, Hazel Green, was transported from the Crawford County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail at 3 p.m. after getting picked up by Grant County authorities on a valid Lafayette County warrant for felony forgery charges. She remains jailed.
• Dhiraj Daway, 40, Plainsboro, N.J., was cited for speeding at 4:51 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township.
• Animal neglect was reported at 5:30 p.m. on County N in Blanchard Township.
• Shpetim T. Shabani, 31, Darlington, was cited for passing in a no-passing zone at 9:15 p.m. on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove Township.
