MONROE -Police arrested a 16-year-old male, Monroe, for disorderly conduct around 4 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of 13th Avenue. The juvenile was released pending a court appearance.

•A theft was reported from a business establishment around 8 a.m. Thursday in Wiota township.
• A deputy responded to a residence for a civil dispute around 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Blanchardville.
• A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up around 5 p.m. Thursday at a residence on County W in White Oak Springs township. Children had been playing with the phone.
