Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday, March 12:

• John R. Rowley, 29, Darlington, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Wis. 69 south of the Village of New Glarus after New Glarus Police received a complaint of an erratic driver. Rowley was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, second offense, and with a passenger under the age of 16 as well as a probation violation. He was jailed pending court.

• Katie A. Sanders, 23, Darlington, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. in the W5700 block of County W, Town of New Glarus, after deputies, Monticello and New Glarus Police received a complaint of an erratic driver on Wis. 69 near County H. Sanders was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance with a passenger under the age of 16, possession of an illegally obtained drug and drug paraphernalia. She was jailed pending bond or court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, March 12:

• A deputy responded at 2:40 a.m. to Wis. 11, Benton Township, for a report of livestock on the roadway.

• A deputy responded at 10:12 a.m. to Lancaster Road, Lamont Township, to take a report of trespassing.

• A deputy reported criminal damage to property at 3:20 p.m. on Peace Street, Shullsburg.

• A deputy responded at 5:59 p.m. to Martin Road, Shullsburg Township, to take a report of telephone harassment.

• Roy B. Waugh, 28, Hazel Green, was arrested on a warrant issued through Lafayette County and was taken into custody at 10:37 p.m. by a deputy who responded to Hazel Green. Waugh remains jailed pending court.
