MONROE - Mark A. Cox, 25, Oregon, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, seventh-offense driving after revocation and speeding following a traffic stop at about 3:15 a.m. Friday on County CC at Exeter Crossing Road. He was jailed. A passenger in the vehicle, Brittany N. Mellem, 20, Monticello, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending court.
