Monroe Police

MONROE - Gregory D. Rousch, 42, Lena, Ill., was arrested for violating a temporary restraining order at about 3 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 10th Avenue. He was jailed.

• Roger F. Geigel, 41, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct after he threw water on a person mowing a lawn at about 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of 18th Street. He was released pending court.

Lafayette County sheriff

DARLINGTON - Kyle D. Lincicum, 17, South Wayne, was cited for speeding about 5 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 23 in Gratiot township.

• Alan D. Ihus, 45, and Pauline R. Ihus, 66, Blanchardville, were cited for seatbelt violations about 5 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 23 in Gratiot township.

• Tyler J. Parkinson, 18, Darlington, was transported from Grant County Jail to Lafayette County Jail about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. He had been taken into custody on a valid Lafayette County warrant. He remains jailed.

• Crystal B. McSweeney, 24, Blanchardville, was cited for driving without a valid license, en expired registration and speeding following a traffic stop at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 81 in Elk Grove township.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Joe A. Lartz, 18, Browntown, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 1:45 a.m. Tuesday for an incident that took place earlier in Browntown. He
