DARLINGTON - Kandi Willis, 39, Shullsburg, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, following a report of a domestic disturbance at about 2 a.m. Wednesday on Iowa Street in the City of Shullsburg. Willis was jailed pending court.
• Kathy Richard, 43, and Cassandra Richard, 21, both of Benton, were cited for disorderly conduct following a report of a dispute at about 8 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 11 in Benton township.
• Cody Seffrood, 20, Gratiot, was cited for an underage alcohol violation at about 1 a.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 78 in Gratiot township.
• Craig Cole, 22, Cuba City, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and a safety belt violation following a traffic stop at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday on County H in Benton township.
