BRODHEAD - Andy J. Markham, 37, Juda, was arrested in the 600 block of 4th Street at 10:25 p.m. Friday, July 5, on charges of felony burglary, theft, disorderly conduct, driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and felony bail jumping. He was jailed.

• Jessica L. Sandlin, 26, Brodhead, was cited for disorderly conduct on Sunday, June 30, stemming from an incident on June 23.

• Precious G. Gayles, 21, Chicago, was cited for driving without a valid license at 10:56 p.m. Sunday, June 30, in the 500 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 16-year-old Monroe male was cited for driving without a valid license at 8:17 p.m. Monday, July 1, in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue. His passenger, Dustin D. Schmid, 19, Albany, was cited for riding in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt.

• Jamie L. Splinter, 27, Brodhead, was cited Tuesday, July 2, for writing worthless checks.

• Susan Shepherd, 47, Orfordville, was cited Tuesday, July 2, for writing worthless checks.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jeffrey T. Neubauer, 22, rural Monroe, was arrested at a residence in the W4400 block of Greenbush Road in Sylvester Township at 7:31 a.m. Saturday, July 6, on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. He was jailed.

• Joshua K. Fillion, 25, Madison, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, July 6, on Wisconsin 59 at Wisconsin 104 in Albany Township. He was also cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, having open intoxicants in the vehicle, possessing drug paraphernalia and failing to obey a traffic sign. He was released to a responsible person pending court.

• Luis N. Angel, 38, DeForest, was cited for a thirteenth offense of driving with a suspended license at 4:18 a.m. Friday, July 5, on Wis. 104 at Wis. 59 in Albany Township.

• Mika L. Funches, 42, Madison, was cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense) and a suspended vehicle registration at 5:43 a.m. Saturday, July 6, in the N8900 block of Wis. 69 in New Glarus Township.

• Fireworks offenses were reported on Friday, July 5, at 8:50 p.m. in the N1500 block of County OK in Spring Grove Township; at 9:03 p.m. in the 200 block of South 1st Street in Brooklyn; and at 10:26 p.m. at Meyers Road and Autumn Ridge Road in Sylvester Township; and on Saturday, July 6, at 9:06 p.m. in the W7200 block of County C in Washington Township; at 9:28 p.m. in the N8100 block of Zentner Road in New Glarus Township; and at 9:52 p.m. in the W2900 block of Sand Crane Drive in Exeter Township.
