MONROE - On Monday, David S. Eldred, 53, Monroe, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on a Department of Corrections warrant in the 2200 block of 9th Street. Eldred was jailed.
On Tuesday, Louis R. Mendonca, 74, Monroe, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. for bail jumping in the 400 block of 21st Street. Mendonca was jailed.

MONROE - On Monday, Matthew D. Gilbertson, 33, Monroe, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. for bail jumping on the Cheese Country Trail, Town of Cadiz.
On Tuesday, Zachary E. Henry, 19, Albany, was cited at 5:02 p.m. for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the N7200 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Washington.
