MONROE - On Thursday, Jan. 3, police warned property owners to clear snow in the 1500 block of 10th Street and 2300 block of 11th Avenue; to remove trailers and trash around a residence in the 2100 block of 17th Avenue; and to remove garbage in the alley behind the 1700 block of 11th Street.
