Monroe Police

MONROE - Julie A. Graves, 32, Monroe, was taken into custody at about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of 17th Avenue under an apprehension request through the Wisconsin Probation and Parole Office. Graves was jailed.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Timothy J. Schwarz, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of battery at about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at a residence on Bloom Lane in the Town of Clarno. Schwarz was jailed pending bond or court.

Stephanie A. Cowell, 18, Monroe; Jasmine N. Cowell, 19, Monroe; and Danielle M. Schwarz, 22, Monroe, were cited for battery and were released pending court.

• Benjamin M. Chicker, 19, Monticello, was charged with obstructing and cited for operating with a suspended license-fourth offense within 5 years (causing injury); underage possession/consumption of an alcoholic beverage; underage person transporting intoxicants in a motor vehicle; failure to notify police of accident; and failure to maintain control. Chicker was released pending court. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael A. Emberson, 18, Monticello, was cited for obstructing police and released pending court. The charges came Wednesday following a Sheriff's Department investigation into a traffic crash that occurred at 5:27 a.m. Feb. 14, 2010, in the W5000 block of Round Grove Road, in the Town of Monroe. A vehicle had crashed and the occupants had fled.

• Deputies responded at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday to a residence on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Jordon and contacted Darrel L. Kallembach, 51, Argyle, in reference to 14 warrants for him issued by the Platteville Police Department for failure to pay fine on no rental license offenses. Bond was posted for Kallembach.

• Medin Sejdini, 52, Janesville, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license at 1:23 p.m. Wednesday, following a traffic violation stop in the W4300 Block on Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester. Sejdini was released pending court.
