MONROE - Jeffrey D. Spanton, 43, Beloit, was arrested for fifth-offense drunken driving, driving after revocation, a Rock County Sheriff's Department warrant and speeding at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 near Bagley Road in Spring Grove township. He was jailed. A passenger in the vehicle, Devin C. Winters, 22, Beloit, was arrested for two Rock County Sheriff's Department warrants. He was jailed.

MONROE - Carlos Hernandez Berras, 22, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving, third-offense driving without a license, open intoxicants in a vehicle, speeding and a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 8:45 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 69 and 21st Street. He was jailed.
