MONROE - Jaron D. Neuenschwander Luebke, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 in the 1300 block of 16th Street for disorderly conduct as a result of a domestic dispute. He posted bond and was released.

MONROE - Martha Valles Valezquez, 38, Beloit, was cited for a first offense of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license at 4:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 on Wisconsin 11, near Bagley Road, in the Town of Spring Grove. Valezquez was released.
• Albert J. Carillo, 31, Janesville, was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle with a revoked driver's license at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 in the W1500 block of Wis. 11. Carillo was arrested on two warrants issued by Rock County and was turned over to Rock County.

• Celerina Rosendo, 56, Waukegan, Ill., was cited for speeding following a traffic stop at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.
