MONROE - Randall S. Zuber, 39, Monticello, was arrested at 6:32 a.m. Thursday on five counts of bail jumping in the 2000 block of 4th Street. Zuber was jailed.

• Brad A. Scott, 39, Gratiot, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. for a restraining order violation on South Main Street in Blanchardville.
• An erratic driver was reported at 6:32 p.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.
• Hali S. Smith, 25, Darlington, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on a Monticello Police warrant.
