Mary Ellen was loved dearly and will be deeply missed by her family. She was a kind and generous woman who had a gentle soul and was always there to lend a helping hand. She was a remarkable woman who lived her life as a wonderful example to all who knew her. Through her battle with breast cancer she lived by what cancer cannot do - it cannot cripple love, shatter hope, corrode faith, eat away peace, destroy confidence, kill friendship, shut out memories, silence courage, reduce eternal life, or quench the spirit.
