MONROE — Robert A. Friedrich, 37, Beloit, pleaded no contest Dec. 16 to misdemeanor charges of third-offense operating while intoxicated and operating while revoked, stemming from a one-vehicle crash just south of Juda July 30, 2019, in which Friedrich was injured and had a blood-alcohol content of 0.126%. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with approved Huber work release and electronic monitoring. His license is revoked 28 months. He owes the court $2,523. Court records indicate he has completed alcohol or other drug abuse (AODA) treatment.
