MONROE - Four people were arrested following a fight at about 6 p.m. Monday in the 1600 block of 4th Avenue West at the StateLine Ice and Community Expo, or SLICE.
Richard L. Stigner, 19, Monroe, was arrested for delivery of marijuana, battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. He was jailed.
Michael A. Chase and Danielle M. Linboom, both 20 and both of Monroe, and Peter V. Cramer, 23, Monroe, were arrested for charges of disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping.
Chase and Cramer were jailed.
Cramer made his initial appearance Tuesday in Green County Circuit Court. He was charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He faces up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $750 signature bond.
Stigner and Chase have not yet appeared in court.
According to Monroe Police Chief Fred Kelley, an initial investigation showed that two groups of people had an argument in the parking lot at SLICE over an earlier drug deal by some of the people arrested. A fight then broke out.
The Green County Sheriff's Department and Green County Emergency Medical Service assisted at the scene.
