MONROE - Bradley A. Folstad, 56, Evansville, was arrested for sixth-offense driving under the influence at about 5 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 104 south of Dunphy Road in Albany township.
He was also cited for driving after revocation, operating while under the influence related; driving left of center; and a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
He was jailed at the Green County Jail.
