Evelyn R. Kubly Jacobs , 91, Monroe, died Saturday, July 28, 2012 in Monroe. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2 at St. John's United Church of Christ in Monroe. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe.
