Elvira M. Cuevas, 87, Monroe, died Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, April 7 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe. A visitation will be at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
