Felonies
• Brock A. Foesch, 24, Brodhead, was charged May 19 with a Class I felony count of fleeing and eluding an officer in a vehicle. His signature bond was set at $1,000 with the conditions that he not drink or go into bars or liquor stores. State court records show no prior criminal record for Foesch. He has a preliminary hearing July 1.
Misdemeanors
• Justin D. Brown, 31, Monroe, was granted a 12-month deferred prosecution May 19 on a domestic abuse-related Class B misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. If he successfully complies with the terms of the agreement, the charge will be dismissed after a year. The charge stems from a domestic dispute Jan. 20 in the 300 block of 3rd Street in which Brown was arrested.
• Harley L. Brager, 21, Orfordville, was charged May 19 with Class U misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled for an initial appearance June 1.
