The court Monday scheduled a July 29 district attorney conference for Robert A. Lingelbach, 46, Brodhead, who pleaded not guilty to two counts of resisting an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct.
Court records allege he yelled and struggled with officers when taken into custody May 18 in Brodhead.
He is charged with two counts of resisting an officer, both class A misdemeanors, and two counts of disorderly conduct, both class B misdemeanors. He faces up to two years in jail and up to $22,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $1,000 signature bond.
