Green County Felonies
The court Thursday scheduled an April 7 sentencing hearing for Todd S. Truttman, 40, Monticello, who pleaded no contest to two counts of bail jumping and two counts of violating a domestic abuse order.
He faces more than 22 years in prison and up to $22,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement.
Court records indicate he contacted a woman in violation of a court order June 22 and June 27 in Washington township. He was on bond for third-degree sexual assault, substantial battery and two counts of violating a domestic abuse order at the time of the incidents. He was previously convicted of two counts of bail jumping and failing to stop for an officer.
He is charged with two counts of bail jumping, both class H felonies, and two counts of violating a domestic abuse order, both unclassified misdemeanors, as a repeat offender.
He remains free on a $9,600 signature bond and a $400 cash bond.
Misdemeanors
The court Friday entered into a one-year deferred prosecution agreement with Brian P. Montanye, 36, Monroe, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct.
He faced up to three months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class B misdemeanor.
The court dismissed one count of battery, a class A misdemeanor. He originally faced up to one year in jail and up to $11,000 in fines.
