Lafayette County- A criminal complaint with an arrest warrant was filed Friday, Aug. 3, against Michelle Marie Walsh, 45, Madison, on a Class H felony charge of escaping criminal arrest. The charge stems from an incident June 14.- Rachel Evelyn Bartels, 20, Blanchardville, has an initial appearance scheduled Aug. 13 on drug charges filed against her Friday, Aug. 3. She faces a Class I felony count of possessing narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possessing THC (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia.- Jeremy Lee Wand, 18, Argyle, has an initial appearance scheduled Aug. 20 on Class A misdemeanor charges filed against him Monday, Aug. 6, of entry into a building, construction site or room and resisting or obstructing an officer.
