On August 30: 

● 8:05 a.m. A deputy responded to N Virtue ST, City of Shullsburg for a civil dispute.

● 1:57 p.m. A deputy responded to Carr Factory RD, Benton Township to keep the peace.

● 7:11 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH D, Fayette Township for custodial interference. 

● 8:00 p.m. A deputy assisted Darlington Police on Main ST in the City with suspicious activity.

On August 31:

● 1:40 a.m. John M Burbach, 20, Belmont was cited on STH 126, Elk Grove Township for Operating while Intoxicated and Speeding. Burbach and his passenger, Carter B Kettler, 18, Platteville were released to a responsible party.

● 10:26 a.m. A deputy responded to CTH H, Benton Township for a burglary.

● 10:36 a.m. A deputy responded to CTH I, New Diggings Township for an accident. Anna E Sutton, 32, Dubuque was driving her 2014 Chevrolet when she struck a parked 2021 Subaru owned by Michael J Droessler, 32, Mount Horeb. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles received minor damage and were driven from the scene.

● 7:29 p.m. A deputy responded to W Wood ST, City of Shullsburg for a hit and run.

● 9:51 p.m. A deputy responded to Stone Hill AV, Village of Belmont for a civil dispute.

On September 1:

● 2:20 a.m. Deputies responded to W Grove ST, Village of South Wayne for a domestic dispute. 

● 9:48 a.m. A deputy responded to N Warren ST, Village of South Wayne for trespassing. 

● 10:46 a.m. A deputy assisted Benton Police on W Main ST in the Village with a two vehicle accident. 

On September 2:

● 12:31 a.m. A deputy responded to E Truth ST, City of Shullsburg for suspicious activity. 

● 1:37 p.m. A deputy responded to S Mound AV, Village of Belmont for threats. 

● 6:26 p.m. Rylee S. Anderson, 18, Hartford was traveling on USH 151, Belmont Township when she swerved to avoid an accident causing her to lose control of her vehicle, leave the roadway where she came to a stop in the median. Anderson reported no injuries. Anderson’s 2016 Nissan received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 10:31 p.m. Brayden L. McNeill, 20, Hollandale was traveling northbound on CTH F, Blanchard Township when he lost control of his vehicle, entered the ditch and struck a culvert. McNeill reported no injuries. McNeill’s 2003 Ford Escape sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

On September 3:

● 2:59 a.m. Deputies responded to W Grove ST in the Village of South Wayne for disorderly conduct.

● 5:46 a.m. Deputies responded to Main ST in the Village of Warren to assist Jo Daviess County Sheriff with disorderly conduct.

● 9:06 p.m. A deputy responded to W Grove ST in the Village of South Wayne for criminal damage.
