On September 9:

● At 6:53 p.m., Deputies responded to the W2000 blk of Mortensen Rd, Town of Brooklyn for a welfare check on a vehicle parked in the roadway. Investigation resulted in the arrest of, Gage Ackley De Chant, 30 of Drummond, for a probation violation. Gage was transported to the Green County Jail where he is currently being held. 

On September 13:

● At 11:02 a.m., Deputies responded to the N5700 block of CTH F, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a two-vehicle crash without injuries. The investigation found that the driver, Michelle J. Schroeder, 65, of Monticello, was turning out of a driveway onto CTH F and was struck by a milk truck driven by Pahl M. Olson, 73, of Milton. Schroeder’s vehicle sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment. Olson’s vehicle did not sustain any damage.  Schroeder and Olson were both wearing their seatbelts and were not injured. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On September 15:

● At 9:04 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of CTH J & STH 39, in the Town of York, for a two-vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found that a truck driven by Deanne L. Kim, 44, of Argyle, entered the intersection of CTH J and collided with an eastbound motorcycle driven by Lucas H. Douty, 19, of Blanchardville. Kim advised she was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured.   Her vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and the vehicle was driven from the scene. Douty was wearing a full-face helmet, gloves, and boots and sustained injuries. Douty’s vehicle sustained function damage. Douty was later transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation.  The investigation resulted in Kim being cited for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign — Causing Bodily Harm. Kim was released pending a future court date.
