On November 25:

● At 1:50 p.m., Deputies responded to the Probation & Parole office, 2841 6th St, City of Monroe for a violation.  Aaron E. Melton, 24, of Monroe, was taken into custody, and transported to the Green County Jail, where he was turned over to the jail staff.

● At 7:06 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle due to the registered owner not holding a valid driver’s license, in the 700 block of Vine St in the Village of Albany.  Bane Tlehuactle Calihua, 28, of Evansville, was cited for Operating without Valid License and Operating without Insurance. Bane was released pending a non-mandatory court appearance.

On November 26:

● At 6:52 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speeding violation in the N700 block of STH 69, in the Town of Clarno.  Investigation resulted in the operator, Tanisha N. Ishmon, 45 of Freeport, being arrested for Operating while under the influence of a restricted/controlled substance.  Ishmon was also cited for speeding and was released to a responsible party pending court.

● At 12:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the N4400 block of State Highway 69, in the Town of Monroe for a motor vehicle crash with no injuries. Timothy J. Heaslip, 62 of Monticello, was traveling northbound when an object fell from his vehicle, and entered the southbound lane of traffic.  The object collided with a tractor trailer operated by Justin R. Weiers, 24 of New Prague MN. No operators were injured, and both were wearing seatbelts. There was no airbag deployment on either vehicle. The tractor trailer sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● At 5:12 p.m., GRSO deputies responded to a disorderly conduct complaint at a residence in the W7900 block STH 11, in the Town of Cadiz.  Amanda M. Malmquist, 43 of Browntown, was arrested for Physical Abuse of a Child & Strangulation. Amanda remains in custody at the Green County Jail pending her initial appearance.

● At 8:46 p.m., Rhonda K Stagliano, 66, Monroe, was stopped for operating without required head and tail lamps in the 1800 block of 6th St, City of Monroe. After an investigation, Stagliano was arrested for OWI 1st - alcohol. She was cited for operating without required lighting, OWI 1st, and PAC 1st. She was released to a responsible party.

● At 8:52 p.m., Anthony Nickel, 43, of Monroe, surrendered himself to Deputies for a warrant, at the Green County Jail in Monroe. Nickel was jailed.
